These terms govern the use of the website valtyro.com operated by Valtyro Ltd., Radnička cesta 80, 10000 Zagreb, VAT ID (OIB): 47832910654, registered with the Commercial Court in Zagreb under company registration number MBS 081374921.
1. Subject of the terms
The website valtyro.com is informational in nature and is used to collect sign-ups for the early access list of a future real estate crowdfunding platform. The website does not constitute an offer to participate in an investment product nor investment advice.
2. Sign-up and information
When signing up, the user undertakes to provide true, accurate and complete information. Valtyro reserves the right to refuse or delete sign-ups that it reasonably suspects are false or misused.
3. Intellectual property
All content on the website (text, images, logos, design) is the property of Valtyro or is used under an appropriate licence and is protected by copyright and trademark law.
4. Limitation of liability
Valtyro is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use of the website. Investments in real estate projects carry the risk of capital loss and past performance does not guarantee future returns.
5. Changes to the terms
Valtyro reserves the right to amend these terms. The current version is published on this page; material changes will be announced at least 14 days before they take effect.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Croatia. For any disputes the materially competent court in Zagreb shall have jurisdiction.
