Valtyro Ltd., with its registered office at Radnička cesta 80, 10000 Zagreb, VAT ID (OIB): 47832910654 (hereinafter: 'Valtyro'), processes your personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – 'GDPR') and the Croatian Act on the Implementation of the GDPR (OG 42/2018).
1. Data controller
The controller of your personal data is Valtyro Ltd., Radnička cesta 80, 10000 Zagreb, Croatia. Any questions related to the processing of personal data can be sent to privacy@valtyro.com.
2. What data we collect
When you join our early access list we collect your first name, last name and email address. When you visit our website we also automatically collect technical data (IP address, device and browser type, time of visit).
3. Purposes and legal bases of processing
We process your data to (a) send notifications about investment opportunities based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), (b) fulfil legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and (c) pursue legitimate interests in improving our services (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
4. Retention period
Data collected through the newsletter sign-up is kept until consent is withdrawn, and no longer than 36 months from the last interaction. Data related to statutory obligations is retained for the periods prescribed by law.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, port your data and object to processing. You can withdraw consent at any time by sending a request to privacy@valtyro.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.
6. Data security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect data, including encryption in transit (TLS 1.3), encryption at rest and restricted access on a 'need-to-know' basis.
